CJGrout-48NHL is a moderate speed, higher density foam formulated for lifting in heavy load environments, such as airfields and railroads.  48NHL performs well in wet environments, and is most commonly used for settlement correction in the rail industry. Past projects include settlement correction of the bridge hinge slab on Chambers Field at Naval Station Norfolk, and stabilization and lifting of nearly two miles of various modular grade crossings from Boston to Miami to Chicago.  48NHL’s fast cure and high strength allow it to tolerate rail and plane traffic immediately after installation.
