Polyurethane
Grouting
Polyurethane grouting is a clean, fast, and minimally invasive method for stabilizing soils and lifting concrete. It’s more efficient than cement grouting. Common uses include repairing highways, commercial slabs, and industrial floors suffering from settlement or instability issues.
Cellular
Grouting
Cellular grouting uses low-density, flowable grout to fill voids and reduce load on underlying soils. It’s ideal for abandoned pipe fills, tunnel backfill, and reducing lateral loads behind retaining structures. The material is lightweight yet strong, making it versatile for many geotechnical applications.
Permeation
Grouting
Permeation grouting involves injecting low-viscosity grout to permeate and solidify loose soils without disturbing the ground surface. It’s commonly used to strengthen foundations, reduce groundwater flow, and prepare sites for tunneling or excavation in sandy or granular soils.
Thermal
Grouting
Thermal grouting provides a stable, conductive backfill for underground power and communication lines. It enhances heat dissipation, ensuring long-term efficiency and safety. This method is essential for buried high-voltage lines, where temperature control is critical.
Lightweight
Fill
CJGeo installs two types of lightweight fill: cellular concrete, and geotechnical/structural polyurethane. Lightweight fills are materials which provide adequate bearing capacities at much lower unit weights than traditional fill materials.
WELCOME TO CJGEO CONTRACTORS
CJGeo is a specialty grouting contractor that installs low density cellular concrete for utility grouting applications like pipe abandonment and annular space grouting, as well as load reducing lightweight fill (axial & lateral).
CJGeo also uses acrylic, chemical, and polyurethane grouts to correct settlement, solidify and improve soils, and stop leaks. Working with a diverse group of customers ranging from privately owned commercial and industrial properties to municipalities, utilities, DOTs & railroads, CJGeo excels at solving unique infrastructure challenges.
