CJGrout 60FDC is a hybrid polyurethane/polyurea designed for surface dry-sprayed coating applications. 60FDC is designed for the rare occasions where a positive side water seal can be installed by spraying, such as exfiltration control on enterable stormwater storage/filtration structures. It can also be used in lieu of mortar parging to facilitate backgrouting of structures with extensive leaks or deterioration.

• Exfiltration control for underground detention structures
• Rapid set parging for backgrouting control
• Substrate buildup prior to coating applications
