Low Mobility Grout

CJGrout-28FDL is a fast, low mobility grout primarily used for standard duty lifting.  Due to its fast speed, it is less suited for soil injection. However, is very well suited for differential settlement correction in dry environment, lightly loaded or small slabs, such as commercial floors.

Past projects with 28FDL include slab on grade corridor settlement in a school in Princeton, West Virginia, lifting 6,000 square feet of flex space building floor up to 9 inches in Boston, Massachusetts, and differential settlement correction of the first floor inside the ISAT Building at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
